If item is broken, defective or damaged please send a picture of item & proof of purchase & we will replace it. This warranty is is non-transferrable & owned by purchaser of original product. Bufferball does not warranty the stakes that come with your package.

Return Policy

We don’t anticipate you wanting to return your Bufferball items but if you do….

You can return the entire Bufferball package within 60 days of purchase. Please send an email to customer service with name, address, phone # & proof of purchase. We will send you an email confirmation & then package your Bufferball & send it back. Upon confirmation of recieving your package, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Buffer ballTM is registered business (Buffer ball LLC.) in Ankeny, Iowa & sells directly to consumers through online Sales. We sell items & merchandise directly related the the play & promotion of the game of Bufferball & events organized by Buffer ball LLC.

If you are missing & item or damage has occurred in shipping please contact customer service within 10 days via email with picture & proof of purchase.
